  14.   I'm looking for an internal modem for my Powerbook 180.  I have
  15. found two that have a very large price discrepancy.  Does anyone
  16. know why?  Here are the two modems,

  18.  $338.99  Global Village PowerPort Platinum Series 28.8 
  19.  $189.95  Supra Fax/Modem V.34 28.8 PB

  21.   First of all, I thought that only Global Village makes internal
  22. modems for the Powerbook 180 series.

  24.   Second, can the price for the Supra modem be correct?  I kept asking
  25. the sales representative until he was annoyed at me.

  27.   Finally, is there anything wrong with the Supra modem?  Is this
  28. the correct internal modem for my Powerbook 180?

  30.   It's so tempting to go with the cheaper one, but I know that
